Our return policy at Klmountainshop.com is designed to provide our customers with a hassle-free experience. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for most products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. All original tags and accessories must be present. We will refund the original purchase amount minus any shipping charges. However, please note that some items, such as clearance or sale items, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, any items that have been used or damaged by the customer are also non-returnable.
