Our return policy at Kidrobot.com is simple and hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that certain items, such as sale or customized products, may be ineligible for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
