Our return policy at Junonia.com is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. We accept returns for any reason, whether it is a sizing issue, preference, or if the product arrived damaged. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, simply log in to your Junonia.com account and navigate to the "Returns" section. Follow the provided instructions to generate a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned items, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and if you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
