To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain items such as earrings, intimate apparel, and personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
