What is the process for exchanging an item?

To exchange an item with Jasmine USA Clothing, simply fill out the online exchange form within 10 days of receiving your order. Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Once the form is submitted and approved, you will receive a return label to send back the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a new one will be shipped to you. Exchange requests outside of the 10-day window may not be accepted. Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
