What is the process for exchanging an item?

To exchange an item at James Perse, simply contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Make sure to include the RA number with your return package and send it back to us in its original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange promptly. Please note that certain items may be ineligible for exchange, so be sure to check our return policy for more information.
