What is the return policy for Jamberry nail wraps?
The return policy for Jamberry nail wraps is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can contact their customer support within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return. Before returning, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Jamberry also accepts returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase; however, a restocking fee may apply. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be in their original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that Jamberry does not accept returns on clearance, promotional, or limited edition products unless they are damaged or defective.
