What is your return policy?

Our return policy at J2Games.com allows customers to return items within 30 days of their purchase for a full refund or exchange. However, for a successful return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. In case of damaged or defective products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to qualify for a return or exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed promptly. Please note that certain items such as opened software or digital downloads are non-returnable for copyright reasons. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and we strive to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.
