Our cancellation policy at Instrumentpro.com allows customers to cancel their orders with a full refund as long as the cancellation request is made before the item has been shipped. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations cannot be made, but customers can initiate a return for a refund or exchange. For returns, the product must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
