Our return policy at Imagetoner.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and unopened. We offer a refund or exchange, depending on the customer's preference. However, please note that a restocking fee may apply for certain products. Furthermore, it is important to contact our customer service team before initiating a return to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. We strive to resolve any issues promptly and provide a hassle-free return experience.
