What happens to my I.G. Gold if my account is closed?
If your account is closed, your I.G. Gold will be transferred to your linked bank account. We understand that circumstances may arise where an account needs to be closed, and we want to ensure that your investments are handled appropriately. Prior to closing your account, please make sure that your bank account is linked and up-to-date in our system. Once the closure has been processed, and your account has been verified for closure, your I.G. Gold holdings will be liquidated and the proceeds will be transferred to your linked bank account within a reasonable time frame. We strive to make this process as seamless as possible for our clients, ensuring that their funds are safely returned to them.
