What is the return policy?

Hourglassangel.com has a straightforward and hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. However, please note that all shapewear, panties, and opened hosiery are considered final sale and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
