Our return policy at Hosieryandmore.com allows customers to return any unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team, who will guide them through the process. The item must be in its original packaging and have all tags and labels attached. We understand that sometimes sizing can be tricky, so we offer free return shipping for sizing exchanges. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the returned item.
