At Homesav.com, our aim is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with your furniture purchase. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return policy. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your furniture, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. The furniture must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Please note that customized or personalized furniture cannot be returned unless it arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
