Is there a refund policy for cancelled lessons?

Yes, Homeroomteacher.com has a refund policy in place for cancelled lessons. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our students' needs. If a lesson needs to be cancelled, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, we will provide a full refund for the cancelled lesson. However, if the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, we regretfully cannot provide a refund. We have this policy in place to ensure fairness to our teachers and to compensate them for their time and effort.
