What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Homelement.com allows customers to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns for used or damaged items, as well as customized or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team who will guide them through the process and provide a return shipping label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. Please note that return shipping fees may apply, and certain non-refundable items such as clearance or final sale items are exempt from this policy.
