What is your return policy?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase from HearthSong.com, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days of receipt. We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging. Please include the packing slip or order number for faster processing. If there is a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process your refund. It typically takes 2-3 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.
