What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Havis is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team with their order details. A return authorization (RA) number will be issued, which must be clearly marked on the package being returned. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
