Our return policy at Hatsinthebelfry.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide the order details. We will then guide you through the return process, which may involve a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed promptly. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
