Our return policy at Hatland.com ensures complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Hats must be in their original condition with tags attached for a full refund. To start the return process, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will guide you through the return procedure and provide a return shipping label if applicable. However, personalized or customized hats are non-refundable unless they have a manufacturing defect. Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth as possible and ensure that you are fully satisfied with your shopping experience at Hatland.com.
