What is the return policy?

If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase from Hatcountry.com, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for this, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We strive to process all returns promptly, usually within 3-5 business days, and refunds are issued in the original form of payment. At Hatcountry.com, your satisfaction is our top priority.
