Our return policy at Hansonellis.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note that personalized or custom engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or an error made by our team. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send the item. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
