At Greenlab, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free refund policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order and provide details of the issue. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for any damages or discrepancies. After the inspection, we will initiate the refund process and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees and certain non-refundable items may be deducted from the refund. Rest assured, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
