Our return policy at Gracioushome.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on clearance or final sale items. Please note that some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective. Returns can be initiated by contacting our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria and issue the refund or exchange accordingly.
