To be eligible for a return or exchange, the device must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, the device must not show signs of misuse, damage or tampering. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
