What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Goldenmine.com allows customers to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that have been resized, engraved, or customized in any way are not eligible for return. For return requests, customers are required to contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The shipping charges for the return will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or an exchange will be processed, depending on the customer's preference.
