Our return policy at Gocomputersupplies.com allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and understand that sometimes products may not meet expectations or have issues. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unopened, and with all accessories and packaging intact. Please note that certain products such as software, ink cartridges, and customized items may have specific return restrictions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was defective or damaged.
