At Glossvine, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item you wish to return must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return is confirmed, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it, and upon approval, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
