If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns of both prescription and non-prescription eyeglasses, as well as sunglasses. The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact. However, please note that custom-made eyeglasses cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will provide you with a return authorization and guide you through the process. We aim to make your online shopping experience with us pleasant and stress-free.
