Is there a refund policy for the courses?

Yes, Global IT University offers a refund policy for its courses. If a student is not satisfied with the purchased course within 30 days of enrollment, they are eligible for a refund. However, certain conditions apply. The course must not be more than 20% completed, and the student should not have accessed the course's final exam or received a certificate of completion. Additionally, if any course materials were provided, they must be returned in an unused condition. To request a refund, students need to contact the Global IT University support team with their enrollment details and reason for their dissatisfaction. Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed promptly through the original payment method. Please note that any third-party expenses, such as bank fees or exchange rate differences, will not be refunded.
