What is your return policy for glass products?

Our return policy for glass products is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your glass product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The returned item must be in its original condition with all packaging materials intact. We will not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or customized. Prior to returning the item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange in a timely manner.
