What is Gilatools' return policy?

Gilatools has a customer-friendly return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for an exchange or refund. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Prior to returning the item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Please note that special order items and customized items are not eligible for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the appropriate refund or arrange for an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. At Gilatools, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction.
