At Gator Vacuum & Sewing Center, we strive for utmost customer satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy ensures smooth and convenient experiences for our valued patrons. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Simply bring the item back to our store with the original receipt and packaging. For sewing machines, we offer a 14-day return period, allowing you to thoroughly test its functionality. Any product deemed defective within the manufacturer's warranty period can be exchanged or repaired at no additional cost. However, products showing signs of misuse or damages caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
