Does GameTime offer refunds for purchased games?
Yes, GameTime offers refunds for purchased games. We understand that sometimes customers may not be completely satisfied with their purchases, and we want to ensure their satisfaction. If you are not happy with a game you have purchased, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. However, there are a few conditions that need to be met for a refund. The game must have been played for less than two hours, and it must be within 14 days of purchase. Additionally, if the game was purchased as part of a bundle, we will only refund the total amount paid for the bundle, not for individual games within the bundle.
