What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Gafy.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item. The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that some items such as perishable goods and personalized items may not be eligible for return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a few business days. Gafy.com aims to make returns as convenient and straightforward as possible for our valued customers.
