What is the return policy for futon purchases?

At Futonland.com, we strive for maximum customer satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product might not fully meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy for futon purchases. If you decide to return a futon, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned futon, a refund will be issued, minus the restocking fee, to the original payment method. Please note that custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable.
