Our return policy at Functionalab.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet expectations or may arrive damaged. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free return process. Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team. We accept returns for unopened and unused products, as well as for damaged items. To initiate a return, customers must provide their order number and reason for return. Once approved, customers can return the product and will receive a refund to their original payment method. However, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
