If your recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our dedicated team at FromYouFlowers.com will make every possible effort to ensure a successful delivery. We will first attempt to leave the gift with a neighbor or a management office if applicable. If this is not possible, we will reach out to the recipient to reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time. In case we are unable to contact the recipient, we will leave a message and make two additional delivery attempts, typically on the following two business days. However, if after these attempts the recipient is still unavailable, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refunds or additional delivery attempts will be made. We strive to provide excellent service and appreciate your understanding in such situations.
