What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Frankdandy.com allows customers to return any unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or store credit. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process the refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
