What is your return policy?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fragranceshop.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation with your return. We do not accept returns on intimate or personal care items for hygiene reasons. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed and for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. For any further assistance, please contact our customer service team.
