Our return policy at Fotobella.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer support team who will guide them through the process and provide a return authorization number. Please note that some items, such as software or opened ink cartridges, may not be eligible for return due to their nature. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees. We strive to provide a seamless return experience for our customers, and our dedicated team is always available to assist with any queries or concerns regarding the return process.
