Yes, Foodservicewarehouse.com has a return policy in place. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone or email, providing your order number and reason for return. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging for eligibility. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us using a carrier of your choice. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping costs, or damage fees.
