At Flirtcatalog.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. They will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that certain items, including lingerie, swimwear, and intimate accessories, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Additionally, all clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
