Our return policy at Fitactivewear.net is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of shopping. We offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Our only requirement is that the items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process, and they will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in the order.
