What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Fishwest.net is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that occasionally you may need to return a product, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
