What is your return policy?

Our return policy at FishinCloseouts.com allows customers to return their purchases within 30 days of the delivery date. We understand that occasionally, products may not meet expectations or require replacements. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, or hazardous materials. Customers will need to contact our customer service team and obtain a return authorization before sending back the item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their return. Refunds will be processed within a specified timeframe, typically credited back to the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product received.
