Our return policy at Favorfavorbaby.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will gladly replace the item or provide a refund, including the shipping fee. However, if you decide to return an item for any other reason, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized and customized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
