Our return policy at Fashion Bug allows customers to return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, all tags and labels must remain attached to the item. We offer refunds in the original form of payment for returns, excluding any shipping fees. In case an item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product and they will assist you with the return process. We strive to provide hassle-free returns to ensure customer satisfaction and aim to process refunds as quickly as possible.
