Our cancellation policy for orders at F1Spec.com aims to provide flexibility for our customers while also ensuring smooth operations. If you need to cancel an order, we require you to do so within 24 hours of placing it. This allows us to promptly process cancellation requests and prevent any inconvenience caused to our customers. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. However, if the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipment, resulting in a deduction of a 20% restocking fee from the refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.
