Our cancellation policy at Exclusivelyweddings.com is designed to provide flexibility and ease of mind for our customers. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped or produced. Once an order has been shipped or produced, it cannot be cancelled. However, please note that personalized and custom-made items cannot be cancelled once the production process has started. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued for the full purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees that may have been incurred. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests within the specified timeframe.
